Three Reasons to Get Back to Fitness

Fitness and nutrition! So hard. Am I right? But it doesn’t have to be that way – and we’re not just saying that. Sometimes it’s easy – the motivation is there, and it drives you to work out consistently and eat for nutrition, not simply for flavor. But when motivation wanes – and it will, we’ve already written about that – it can be so hard to stay the course. So what do you do? You build healthy habits, and that’s what you fall back on when you’re not feeling super motivated today, or this week, or this month. So how do you build healthy habits? We’re making it easy with Back to Fitness, our fall fitness challenge. Today, we’re offering three reasons you can’t let this opportunity slip by.

1. Timing

timing-is-everythingSummer is over, my friends, and we’re back to the routine. This is an ideal time to join our challenge – orientation is Saturday, September 19 at 10 am – and start scheduling workouts into your week. Our challenge takes a by-the-book approach to fitness and nutrition. You hit four to six classes every week, you prep your meals for the coming week every Sunday, you take the guesswork out of everything, you develop healthy habits to fitness and nutrition, you start sleeping better, enjoying more energy and feeling good about what you’re accomplishing. Eight weeks is just enough time to really develop a routine that’s doable for your schedule and your life, and start making progress that will keep you excited about continuing.

2. Value

You don’t need to spend a dime to get a good workout. There’s no relationship between better results and more money. Honestly, if you improve your diet and do some kind of physical activity regularly, you’ll see changes. But for many people, there’s a sense of accountability that comes from handing over some cash and committing to something. Back to Fitness is $225 for eight full weeks of unlimited classes PLUS nutrition and access to our staff nutritionist PLUS special events PLUS instructor support and assistance. But get this – sign up with a friend, a built-in training partner, and you’ll both get the challenge for $150. That’s a really great value for a really great program.

3. BYO Training Partner

Having a friend along makes things easier, in general. So we’re rewarding you for signing up for our challenge with a friend. You’ll save $75 – boom – and you’ll have someone to keep you on the straight and narrow. Nice, right?

freestyle-fitness-reno-back-to-fitness-challengeHere’s the thing – spots for our challenge are going fast. If you’re debating, stop it right now. Sign up one of two ways:

  • Come in to Freestyle after 3 pm Monday through Friday or after 9 on Saturdays and sign up at the front desk.
  • Use our online form to reserve your spot now.

You’re welcome to pay at orientation, but if you come in, sign up and pay on the spot, you can begin attending our fitness classes immediately at no additional charge. Time to stop thinking, and start doing.
