freestyle-fitness-blitz-30-day-fitness-challenge-renoA wise women once said, “Cross-training is where it’s at.” Ignore the bad grammar, because the sentiment is bang on. You’re a runner, you say? Or spinning, Crossfit, hitting the gym hard – that’s your thing? We salute you – and we invite you to up your game with a 30-day fitness challenge.

We offer more than 30 fitness classes every week, and we have early and mid-morning, noon, afternoon and evening time slots. So let’s review: you’re a runner/cyclist/crazy endurance obstacle addict. You’re training hard for summer events, and now we’re trying to talk you into a 30-day fitness challenge for $150. You’re dithering, we can feel it. So we’ll let the story of a former challenger-turned-Freestyle-member push you over the edge:

In 2014, our girl Brandi spent five months training for the Reno-Tahoe Odyssey with a really great, locally praised trainer. Her mile times during the race were around 10 minutes.

In 2015, while she was training at Freestyle during our eight-week fitness challenge, she decided the week of the race that she was going to run. Her mile time during the race? Eight and a half minutes. She shaved off a minute and a half by improving her strength, agility, speed and endurance, all of which are emphasized in our classes.

Thirty days to shake things up? Sounds like a sweet deal to us. Sign up now – Blitz starts Saturday, July 9 at 10 am.
