Blitz, A 30-Day Fitness Challenge – It’s Go Time

Last-chance-signThis is it! Your last chance to sign up for Blitz, our second 30-day fitness challenge, which begins this Saturday, June 9 at 10 am. There are sooo many reasons to join this fitness challenge, but for the sake of brevity, we’ll limit ourselves to three. Three awesome, persuasive, no-way-to-say-no reasons that’ll make you sign up the second you finish reading.

  • The Meal Plan

Nutrition is king when it comes to fitness. You know it, we know it. No one wants to believe it, but alas, it’s true. Luckily, Gina Gilbert-Green, nutritionist extraordinaire, hooked us up yet again with a day-by-day, meal-by-meal eating plan for the entire thirty days. She’s a believer in clean eating, but she doesn’t sacrifice flavor. Challengers from our first thirty-day challenge positively raved about the food. Plus, if you’re just not the planning/prepping/cooking kind, you can use your challengers-only promo code to BFF Cafe and just pick up some fuel packs to keep you on track.

  • The Free Month of Fitness Classes

freestyle-fitness-blitz-30-day-fitness-challenge-renoWe think you get more bees with honey than vinegar, you know? That’s why our fitness challenge is reward-based. Hit 24 classes during the 30-day challenge, and you’ll earn a free month of unlimited fitness classes. Awesome, right? And for all our members joining up for accountability and that sweet, sweet meal plan, we have something for you too. Our top two members with the highest class attendance will be handsomely rewarded.

  • The Satisfaction of a Job Well Done

Crushing a goal – it never gets old, you know? Blitz is challenging enough that you can savor your success, but it’s not so outrageous that you’re doomed to fail. You have to work for this, definitely – six classes a week takes some planning and schedule-juggling, and then there’s the meal plan to follow – but it can certainly be done.

So do, or do not. As Yoda tell us, there is no try. Sign up for Blitz now – those thirty days are going to tick past either way. Why not spend them doing something that’ll make you proud?
