Yoga & Freestyle Fitness – It’s Happening THIS Sunday!

We get a lot of requests here at Freestyle, and you know we do what we can to accommodate our members and challengers. From nutrition seminars courtesy of the brilliant Gina Gilbert-Green and the knowledgeable ladies at BFF Cafe to technique classes to cardio jams, we love special events. This Sunday, we’re so excited to bring you yoga! Can we get an ommmm!?

Katie Dilibero is a Kundalini Yoga instructor who has been practicing for 15 years. She finds the practice of yoga to be both calming and supremely strengthening, and this Sunday, February 28 at 10 am, she’s going to share the gift of transcendence with us all. Seriously – how lucky are we?

Join Katie and the gang here at Freestyle Fitness for this FREE yoga class – an amazing combination of Kundalini yoga and non-traditional yoga dance that will help you stretch and release physically and mentally. No experience is necessary, and everyone is welcome. We encourage you to bring your family and friends – come and see what this yoga thing is all about! Feel free to bring your own mat and bolsters, if you have them.

If you’re booking a bag for Sunday’s 9 am Throwdown, do it quick! Some yoga after Throwdown will make for a perfect Sunday.
