Reno’s Best Fitness Challenge Starts January 23

Some background:

  • Our fitness challenges are eight-week programs that include unlimited cardio and resistance classes paired with a realistic and doable nutrition plan. You’ve heard it before, but we’ll go ahead and say it again – you can’t out-exercise a bad diet. You just can’t. So for eight weeks, you’re going to eat for nutrition (not necessarily for flavor), taking in adequate nutrition to fuel your life and your new workout schedule.
  • That’s part two of this two-part fitness program. You’ll be coming to as many classes a week as you wish, though we’ll tell you right now that three classes a week is baseline for maintaining your current level of fitness, and four (five, six) classes a week are what you’ll need to start seeing changes to your endurance and strength (and bonus, your physique).

Our fitness instructors are here to help you along the way – they’ll be your personal cheerleaders and trainers when you need guidance. The program kicks off with an orientation, during which you’ll meet class instructors and fellow challengers. We weigh you and take your measurements and complete a brief fitness assessment so we have a baseline to track your improvement over the course of eight weeks. We’ll see where you are at four weeks and again at eight weeks, so we can see how far you’ve come. Because if you stick to the nutrition plan and get your four to six classes in every week, believe us, there will be improvement. You’ll sleep better, have loads more energy, feel better and start to crave those endorphins you get from your workouts. It’s one of those healthy addictions, and man, is it ever awesome.
