It’s called the Freestyle Fitness Rebelution, and it’s a 30-day fitness challenge that begins Saturday, January 7 at 9:30 am. But 30-day challenges are a dime a dozen, especially in Reno, right? The real key to making positive changes to your health comes not from what you’re doing in the gym, but how you’re supporting – or, ahem, sabotaging – those efforts with what goes in your mouth. We’ve partnered with the smarties at BFF Cafe to bring you a smart, effective and completely doable nutrition plan. You get the plan when you join the challenge, but that’s not all you get.

  • Unlimited fitness classes: Hitting a heavy bag is an incredible workout that’s as good for your head as it is for you mind. We also offer classic boot camp style workouts, agility training and yoga, and our classes are offered seven days a week.
  • Incentives to get to your workouts: Hit 24 classes during the 30-day challenge, and you’ve earned a free month of unlimited fitness classes as soon as the challenge wraps.
