We have four fitness classes – Kardio Kombat (a sixty-minute, classic cardio kickboxing class), Total Body Boot Camp (a sixty-minute strength and endurance class), Fighter Physique (a thirty-minute MMA-inspired conditioning class), and our newest addition, Throwdown (a forty-five minute heavy bag kickboxing class).
Check out our class pricing for more information. You’re welcome to try a class at no cost to see if you love it.
We offer fitness classes seven times at various times throughout the day for a total of 26 classes every week. Check out our class schedule for more information.
No. Our classes are inspired by the martial arts side of Freestyle, but there’s no prerequisite to take any of our classes.
We offer fitness challenges several times a year. These eight-week programs included unlimited fitness classes, special events including yoga and nutrition seminars, a nutrition plan and hands-on instructor support and encouragement every step of the way.
Book a bag here. We ask for reservations because we have a limited number of bags, and we don’t double up. If you need to cancel a bag you’ve already booked, there’s a link in your bag confirmation and reminder emails. We ask that you cancel your bag if you can’t make it, even if it’s last minute, so that we can open it to someone else. Our Throwdown classes fill up fast, and we often have a waiting list.
Non-contact means there is no contact between people. In Total Body, Fighter Physique and Throwdown, you’ll hit bags – but they don’t hit back!
No. Our instructors are trained to offer modifications to accommodate beginners or those coming back after an injury. And while they’ll encourage you to work hard, ultimately, you choose how hard to push yourself.
Absolutely. Cross-training is an incredibly effective method of building your strength, agility, endurance and overall fitness, and our classes are intense and varied with a great mix of strength training and cardio. Our instructors and class formats will challenge you no matter how fit you are.
Wear workout clothes and athletic shoes (though you can choose to train barefoot on our padded mats), and bring water and a small towel to mop that sweaty brow.
We ask for a 30-day cancellation notice in writing. Stop by the front desk to sign our cancellation form.
Try before you buy with a free class. You’re also welcome to stop by during any of our classes to watch.
Head to the front desk after 3 pm Monday through Friday and on Saturdays after 9.
No. But every room has bleacher seating, and you’re welcome to set up your children on the bleachers while you take class.
