You’ve been waiting, and how it’s here! Back to Fitness, our fall fitness challenge, is kicking off Saturday, September 19 and we’re officially taking reservations. Sign up solo for $225 or buddy up for $150 apiece. Back to Fitness is eight weeks of unlimited classes – that’s our classic kickboxing, Total Body boot camp, our thirty-minute fighter conditioning class and our newest addition, Throwdown! – plus a realistic nutrition plan, access to our nutritionist and trainer support and encouragement every step of the way. Here’s how it works.
We start with an orientation and fitness assessment. That’s your baseline for improvement, baby. We’ll complete another assessment at the four-week mark and a final assessment at the challenge wrap-up. At the beginning of the challenge, our nutrition seminar will break it down so you know what/when/how to eat over the coming eight weeks to hit your goals. You’ll learn good habits, tips for breaking the bad habits we all have and enjoy the accountability factor and enthusiasm of your fellow challengers. We’ll have a private Facebook page for challengers only where we’ll share recipes, call out challengers on their hard work, share information and foster a positive little online community.
Along the way, you’ll hit four to six classes (totally your call) every week and stay in the loop with weekly emails that let you know what’s happening.
Past challengers are welcome to sign up for $45 and enjoy the benefits of our locked Facebook page, weekly emails and special events. That’s right – we said special events. More info on those as the challenge begins!
