Reserve your spot now, and you’re setting yourself up for 30 days of unlimited fitness classes, a day-by-day, meal-by-meal eating plan created by our very own Gina Gilbert-Green, a challengers-only discount for fuel packs at BFF Cafe, a secret Facebook page just for challengers, and weekly emails with useful tips and virtual high fives. The challenge starts Saturday, July 9 at 10 am with orientation. We’ll run through program details, including info about tracking your workouts (including on social media), and then we’ll take your measurements, perform a brief fitness assessment, and answer your questions. Then we get right to work. Start things off right on Sunday with meal prep and workout scheduling. The golden number is six classes every week – it’s a lot, but we have proof that it’s totally doable. If you hit all 24 classes before the 30-day challenge officially ends, you get a free month, just like that.
