The Cross – Freestyle Fitness Technique Series

We’re back with the second in our technique series – last week was the jab – and this time, our newest instructor is laying out all the components of a perfect cross. Remember, our series is intended to break down all the punches and kicks we throw in classes like ThrowdownFighter Physique and, in a modified way, cardio kickboxing.
