This is an awesome if you’re short on time or looking for a warm-up before strength training. Five exercises, one-minute rounds, repeated three times with thirty-second breaks – and you’re dying. Here’s the breakdown:
- In and out squats
- Chest to the ground push-ups
- Running lunges
- Knee to elbow planks
- Donkey burpees
