A Closer Look at the Better Together Fitness Challenge

Sign-ups are LIVE – get it done online, over the phone or in person – and we’re super psyched about this one. The buddy aspect is awesome, and we’re already planning sweet special events above and beyond the unlimited classes and nutrition plan. Let’s review, shall we?

Challenge Details

Challenge prices typically run $198. That gets you eight weeks of unlimited fitness classes – cardio kickboxing, Total Body and our thirty-minute, MMA-inspired fighter physique – a totally doable nutrition plan and unlimited access to your very own nutritionist, the fabulous Gina Gilbert-Green. Ask her your burning nutrition questions and let her knowledge rain down. We’re doing something special this time around, however, and rewarding your good behavior. Sign up with a buddy and you’ll both save 25% – that’s $149 each. Awesome, right? Wait, it gets better. Sign up with two or more friends and everyone gets in at freestyle-fitness-pricinghalf off – just $99 for the full challenge and its myriad benefits.

Here’s how this thing plays out. You show up at 10 am on Saturday, April 18. You wear workout clothes so you’re ready to go for your baseline fitness assessment. We’ll also take your measurements and put on the scale. Gina will walk you through the nutrition portion of this challenge, which includes everything from food prep to macro breakdowns. Let’s be real here – you can sweat your tail off every day of the week, but if you aren’t changing your approach to what’s going in your mouth, nothing’s changing. It’s eight weeks – time’s going by no matter what. Don’t wish you had started eight weeks from now.

We’ll also go over the class schedule and our expectations for attendance. You’re paying for unlimited classes, so take advantage of it.

Challenge Highlights

We’re scheduling a number of fun little extras this time around. Our girl Danae will be leading yoga following Saturday kickboxing a few times throughout the challenge. Gina will lead her usual nutrition seminar, so come ready with your questions. We’re also hosting a rep from Complete Nutrition, who will be handing out sample goodies like protein bars, protein shakers and pre-workout drinks. And we’re bringing back the Cardio Jam, a ninety-minute kickboxing party complete with costumes, glow-in-the-dark necklaces and disco lights – awwww yeah.
