It’s an eight-week program that includes cardio and resistance training paired with a realistic and doable nutrition plan. So for eight weeks, you’re going to eat with your eyes on the prize, consuming adequate nutrition to fuel your life and your new workout schedule. Our trainers are here to help you along the way, kicking things off with an orientation where you’ll meet class instructors and fellow challengers. We’ll weigh you and take measurements and complete a brief fitness assessment so we have a baseline for improvement. Then we’ll do it again at four weeks and again at eight weeks, so we can see how far you’ve come.
