First up: a push-up into a one-armed row, followed by a quick pop to standing position with an overhead row. Weights or no weights, you make this one happen.
Second – and anyone familiar with her Saturday morning butt-kicker class will know this one – a vertical leap, bringing those knees alllll the way up to chest height, after beginning in an all-fours position on the floor.
