FREESTYLE FITNESS CHALLENGE – May 11th, 10 am. Only $198!

The Freestyle Fitness Challenge (FFC) is an eight-week program designed to overhaul your lifestyle by changing your approach to exercise and diet. The program consists of intense cardiovascular workouts, strength training and a balanced approach to nutrition. Each week, you will attend high-energy cardio classes and intense strength and conditioning classes offered at different times throughout the day to accommodate your busy schedule. You will also receive ongoing support from your Freestyle Fitness coach for personalized guidance and motivation as you work toward you goals. In addition tailored events and seminars are scheduled for extra information and fun so you get the most out of your 8-weeks.
