it’s finally happened. Freestyle Fitness has added vinyasa yoga to its class offerings – with a twist. The poses and focus in our yoga classes are intended to perfectly complement your martial arts-inspired training here at Freestyle. Spend sixty minutes on mindful movement and breathing, and you’ll reap the rewards. Not only will you feel calm and centered, you’ll be improving your strength, balance and flexibility for those Thai kicks and foot jabs.

What to expect

Our yoga classes are sixty minutes of detailed instruction on technique, alignment and philosophy. Whether you’re experienced or brand new to yoga, we welcome all levels and abilities. Wear something comfortable that allows you to move freely. You can bring a mat, or practice directly on our padded floors.
