Back to Fitness – Stop Thinking. Start Doing.

Are you reading this right now because you just can’t decide whether you should pull the trigger on our fall challenge, Back to Fitness? Aww. That’s cute. And we’re going to help you out. Yes. You absolutely should stop over-thinking and sign up right now. Let’s break it down.

The Challenge

Freestyle Fitness is known for its fitness challenges – we’ve been doing them for years. Back to Fitness is eight weeks of unlimited fitness classes (cardio kickboxing, total body boot camp, our thirty-minute MMA-inspired fighter class and our brand new forty-five minute heavy bag kickboxing class, Throwdown), all backed up with a made-for-us nutrition plan (and access to our staff nutritionist) and the constant support, encouragement and assistance of our nutritionist and trainers.

We’ve been running these things for years, and the feedback is consistently excellent. Challengers love the welcoming environment, the classes, our super-awesome instructors and, most importantly, the results. Yes, we’re talking inches and pounds lost, but we’re also talking about a lot more. Stuff like increased energy, better sleep and improved self-confidence. There are bigger benefits to consistent fitness and adequate nutrition than your pant size, and we’re all about them.

Whatever your personal goals may be – kickstarting a stalled fitness program, renewing a commitment to your health, running a faster mile, whatever – Back to Fitness will help you get there.

FS-challenge-priceThe Deal

Our fitness challenge pricing is $225, and that’s a hell of a deal. But we know our challengers like to sign up with a friend or as a trio, and we think that’s awesome. We think it’s so awesome, in fact, that we’re rewarding you for doing it. Sign up with a friend, and you’ll both pay $150 for the challenge. Hit up your best friend, your co-workers, your brother, and do it fast. The challenge begins this Saturday, September 19, at 10 am. And if you come in to register and pay this week (anytime after three pm), you can start taking classes immediately.

Stop thinking. Start doing. Eight weeks is going by no matter what. So you can start making real changes that will move you closer to your personal goals, or you can keep doing what you’re doing and then beat yourself up mentally when the changes you expect to see don’t happen. That, by the way, is the very definition of insanity. Don’t do that to yourself.

Sign up, pay and get to class. And then let’s start this thing.
