Ninety minutes of kickboxing, resistance and a crazy core chaser led by a rotation of all your favorite instructions AND accompanied by disco lights, glow sticks and general awesomeness – welcome to Cardio Jam!

Winners of our #FSBetterTogether contest will be announced (winners MUST be present to win) and we’re encouraging everyone to not only bring a buddy (or two or three) but to dress like twinsies too! Can you handle it?!
