Elbows – Freestyle Fitness Technique Series

This is the fifth edition of our technique series – we’ve already covered the crossthe jab, the Thai kick and the hook and uppercut – and now we’re going over elbows. Today’s video will cover both the left and the right elbow. If you’ve ever wondered what on earth your instructors mean when they’re reminding you to cover during that elbow, you’re about to learn!

Remember, our technique series is designed to break down all the punches and kicks we throw in classes like ThrowdownFighter Physique and, in a modified way, cardio kickboxing.
