The Jab – Technique Series

This series has been a long time coming, and we are super pumped to finally get this live! Our technique series is just that – a series of blog posts that break down technique for all the punches and kicks we throw in classes like Throwdown, Fighter Physique and, in a modified way, cardio kickboxing. First up – the jab.

 

 

Here’s our girl Jo breaking it down. Watch, listen, learn and then try it out yourself. Proper technique is essential to avoid injury, so practice this at home and we’ll see you in class.
