Aaaaaand we’re back with Michon’s move of the week! To the fifty or so new faces milling around Freestyle this week (welcome, challengers!), Michon is the Marshawn Lynch of Freestyle. If you haven’t been to one of her 8 a.m. bootcamps, listen up. It. Is. Brutal. She has a beast mode that makes us all quake in our running shoes. Plus she runs all the races in town and gets a podium finish, like, every time. So, you know, you’ve been warned. Her move of the week video this week is a teensy little sample. Try this move at home – three sets and you’ll be toast.
Ooweee, this one is a leg and booty buster! Twenty Bulgarian squats with a little hop to amp things up, followed immediately with 20 reps of a squat/hop/reach number to really take it home. Oh, and then you have to switch legs. Ready? GO.
