30 Days to the Holidaze – Our Next 30-Day Fitness Challenge!

If you’ve looked ahead on the ol’ calendar, you know that we’re rolling right into October at the end of this week. That’s the start of the holidays in our eyes, and the holiday season is when even the most well-laid nutrition and fitness plans implode. But not this year! We’re kicking off 30 Days to the Holidaze on Sunday, October 23, and it’s going to set you up, big time. Not only will you be healthy and energetic just in time for the triple holiday jump, you could earn yourself a free month of unlimited fitness classes too. Let’s get to it.

Our 30-day fitness challenges are designed to reward you for attending class. Yep, really. Because the challenge duration is relatively short, you need the perfect balance of intensity and consistency for your workouts. Pair that with a day-by-day, meal-by-meal nutrition plan created just for us by our amazing nutritionist, Gina Gilbert-Green, and you’ll be well on your way to all kinds of positive changes.

We’re hammering out promotional deals for Holidaze now, so check back soon for community partners. We’ve been fortunate to partner with BFF Cafe for past challenges, and we’re hammering out details for another arrangement with this wonderful local business and a few others (spoiler… Ice Age Meals is one of them)!

If you’ve never been to Freestyle Fitness, well, let’s change that.
