For more than ten years, Freestyle has offered eight-week challenges designed to guide you along the journey to your fitness goals. Whether you want to lose weight, put on muscle, learn the ins and outs of living a healthy lifestyle, jump-start your time in the gym, improve your mile time, look awesome in those jeans or up your chin-up reps, this is where you start.

Despite what the billion-dollar diet/supplement/”health” industry will have you believe, there is no magic bullet. You can’t take a pill or down a shake or knock back a supplement and expect any kind of long-term result. At Freestyle, our focus is on building healthy, active lifestyles. That’s how it’s always been, and that’s why our classes are made up of people from all walks of life.

Here it is in a nutshell: a good diet – and we’ll show you exactly what that means – will back up all your hard work during these eight weeks. Our group fitness classes span traditional resistance training, plyometrics and good ol’ fashioned cardiovascular workouts to target your muscles, heart and lungs. We’ll establish a baseline on day one, check your progress at week four and see how far you’ve come at week eight. But you get more than improved self-esteem, a steady rush of endorphins, inches gone and pounds vanished. You’ll start building lean muscle. You’ll meet a community of like-minded individuals. You’ll develop the knowledge and tools to nourish yourself, both mentally and physically. It sounds like magic, but we promise, it isn’t. Just hard work and consistency with lots of helping hands along the way.
