Boot Camp Michon is back with her move of the week! Did you bust this one out last Saturday?

Here’s the breakdown:

  • Squat Jumps with a Donkey Kick Chaser
  • 10 reps of both moves, 3 rounds

This full-body buster is hitting all the major muscle groups from the waist down, then working those shoulders, arms and the upper back. Looks like it hurts so good.
